On How to Enhance the Information-based Management of the Grassroot Party Organizations in Colleges and Universities

高校基层党组织信息化管理平台是指将基层党组织的信息数字化,管理工作流程网络化,管理工作规范自动化,成员沟通交互化及管理服务趋向人性化。提升高校基层党建工作信息化管理水平,要求构建基于WEB的高校基层党组织信息化管理平台模式,充分发挥信息化管理平台在高校基层党组织教育管理中的载体作用,建设一支既有扎实党务工作能力,又有较高网络信息应用能力的党建工作队伍。

Information-based Management Platform of the grassroot party organizations(GPO) of colleges and universities refers to digitalization of information of GPO,cyberization of working procedures,automation of working formalities,interaction of communication among party members and humanization of management services.How to enhance information-based management of GPO of colleges and universities calls for building such Web-based management platform,the function of which is to be a carrier of educational management in GPO.Based on such platform,a new type of party-building team who are both well-grounded in party disciplines and competent in information and communication technology may be established to serve the functioning of GPO.
