摘要
中小学校长是学校教育教学活动的设计师、领路人和指挥官。中小学校长的幸福感体验对学校发展有重大影响。分析中小学校长幸福感的内涵,从实际调研中掌握中小学校长幸福感的现实状态,以校长专业化发展的视角探讨中小学校长幸福感缺失的缘由及其培育,对中小学校长专业化发展具有重要的现实价值。
Principal in primary and secondary school is considered as the designer,the guide and the commander of teaching activities in school education.Principals' experience of sense of happiness is of vital importance to the development of primary and secondary schools.Therefore,by analyzing the meanings of principals' sense of happiness,understanding the present situation of principals' sense of happiness through investigation and probing into main causes of the absence of sense of happiness and its cultivation from principals' professional development,we can find a better way for principals' professional development in primary and secondary schools.
