摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定青霉素钠的含量,评定其不确定度。建立测量不确定度的数学模型,通过对整个测定过程中所产生的各不确定度分量的分析和计算,求得当青霉素钠的含量为96.6%时,扩展不确定度为2.7%。
The uncertainty in the determination of benzylpenicillin sodium by High Performance Liquid Chromatography was evaluated. The mathematical model was established. By analyzing and quantifying the components of uncertainty, the expanded uncertainty of 2.7% with 96.6% of the content of benzylpenicillin sodium was derived.
