摘要
本文采用体素拼合法的原理与图形菜单相结合的思想，根据ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＰＰ集成的要求，成功地实现了圆柱齿轮类零件的建模工作；计论了实现ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＰＰ集成系统的基本结构与功能，以及实现ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＰＰ集成数据的传递方法。本系统采用Ｃ语言编制应用程序，图形处理采用ＤＸＦ接口方式与Ｃ语言连接，实现了在ＡｕｔｏＣＡＤＲ１２环境下自动生成零件图，以及在集成环境下自动生成工艺文件等。
This paper uses the idea to combine principle of body elements compound and drawing menu.According to the integration requirement of CAD/CAPP,a model of cylindric gear of this kind has been successfully set up.Basic structure and function of carrying out CAD/CAPP integrated system and transfer method of data are discussed.C language application program is used in this system.Drawing treatment uses DXF interface to combine C language.Under AUTO CAD R12 condition,detail drawing is automatically developed.Under integration condition technology document is automatically prepared.
