摘要
当前,有些企业在履行职代会制度过程中普遍存在着一些问题,针对这些问题,文章着重论述了如何保障企业职代会作用的有效发挥和落实。
At present,a few problems are prevalent in the performance of the staff congress system in some enterprises.The article focuses on how to bring into full play the role of enterprise staff congress to address these issues.
