摘要 如何更好地开展食品安全事件的预防和监督工作见仁见智。分析了公众健康素养的现状,以及健康素养的培养环境,探讨政府和社会协同促进公众健康素养的提高。 There are many ways on how to prevent and supervise the food safety accident better.This article analyzed the health literacy status of the public and its cultivation circumstances,then discussed the coordination effort of government and society to promote the public health literacy.
