麻城市初中生青少年生殖健康知识、态度、行为及影响因素分析

Study on the Knowledge,Attitude and Practice about the Reproductive Health Knowledge and Influential Factors among Middle School Students in Macheng City

目的了解麻城市青少年生殖健康知识、态度、行为现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,对湖北麻城市5所普通中学的1 953名初中学生进行现场集中匿名自填式问卷调查。结果调查对象生殖健康知识得分及格率女生(59.7%)高于男生(54.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男生在自我报告想看色情节目(33.5%)和对中学生性行为持支持态度的比例(9.8%)均高于女生(12.6%;4.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。调查对象性行为的发生率为1.9%,男、女生中有过性行为的比例分别为2.2%、1.5%,对性行为发生进行多因素分析显示:居住在城市、想看色情节目、赞成别人看色情节目、赞成中学生有性行为者发生性行为的可能性较大。结论目前青少年的生殖健康现状不容乐观,青春期生殖健康教育需要进一步提高。

Objectives To understand the reproductive health interrelated knowledge,attitudes,behaviors(KAP) and its influencing factors of adolescents in Macheng city.Methods Cluster random sampling method was used to select 1 953 students were from five middle schools.An anonymous questionnaire study on the students was conducted on-the-spot.Results the knowledge pass percentage of girls(59.7%) were higher than that of boys(54.0%) with a statistical significant differences(P<0.05).Among middle school students,there were 33.5% boys who favored 'watch sex on TV',which was higher than that of girls(12.7%).There were 9.8% boys who favored sexual behavior,which was higher than that of girls(4.4%).The difference had statistical significance(P<0.01).The incidence rate of sexual behavior was 1.9%(boys 2.2%,girls 1.5%).The multi-factor analysis indicated that the students lived in cities,enjoyed porn,and agreed with students' sexual behavior were more likely to had sexual behavior.Conclusions At present,the status of adolescents' reproductive health is poor.We should improve the education of the reproductive health knowledge on adolescents
