摘要
产后避孕是计划生育工作的难题之一。武汉市"避孕药具进产科"服务模式,提高了产后避孕药具发放的可及性和时效性,实现了药具服务的均等化,并提高了避孕相关知识的知晓率。但此种模式仍存在新型外用避孕药具使用率不高的问题。建议加大避孕药具知识宣传和药具管理人员的培训力度,提高避孕药具使用率。
Postpartum contraception is one of the problems of family planning work.Wuhan tested out the service model of contraceptives entering into maternity ward,increased the accessibility and the timeliness of postpartum contraceptive distribution,achieved the equalization of contraceptives-service,and increased the awareness rate of contraceptive-related knowledge.However,the model still had problem of the utility rate of the new type of contraceptives not high.Proposed measures for improvement: put more effort on the propaganda and the training of the contraceptives administrator,improve the utility rate of the contraceptives.
