摘要 目的了解汉川市乡镇卫生院护理人员工作满意度,为提高基层护理人员工作积极性提供参考。方法以就近方便原则选取汉川市6所乡镇卫生院,应用问卷调查法对92名护理人员进行工作满意度调查。结果乡镇卫生院护理人员总体工作满意度不高;工作满意度5因子由高到低排序依次为:人际关系、被认可与表扬、成就感、排班安排、工资与补贴;得分最高的条目是"和同事在一起,心情愉悦度",得分最低的条目是"对节假日及夜班加班的补助"。结论为提高护理人员工作满意度,建议从基层护理人员的待遇和排班安排方面进行改善。 Objectives To Investigate the job satisfaction and improve the work enthusiasm of nursing staff in county hospitals in Hanchuan. Methods Based on the nearby and convenient principle,we selected 6 rural hospitals in Hanchuan.A questionnaire survey was conducted with all 92 nurses' staff for job satisfaction. Results Rural hospital overall job satisfaction is low.The job satisfaction scores of five dimensions were ranked at a descending order as follows: interpersonal relation,recognized and praised,professional status,task requirement and the salary.Scoring at the highest and lowest entries are respectively 'With your colleagues together,mood cheerful degrees',and 'Holiday and evening shift work overtime of allowance.' Conclusions It is necessary to enhance the job satisfaction of grassroots nursing staff through improving wages and welfare,and scheduling arrangements.
