肿瘤科医生对自身角色的认识与期待

The Understanding and Expectation of Oncologists' Role

目的探讨我国肿瘤科医生对自身角色的认识与期待。方法以封闭式调查问卷及面对面访谈的形式对肿瘤科医生、患者、患者家属进行调查,收回问卷后,运用SPSS 17.0进行描述统计处理。结果医生、患者、家属对医生角色认识存在差异;医生在评定自身角色上给予高分;肿瘤科室对心理咨询师、临床姑息护理专家、音乐治疗师的需求量较大等。结论医务人员需在医患沟通上加大力度,才能使医患双方在医生角色上达到共识,促进医患关系的和谐发展;心理咨询师、临床姑息护理专家、音乐治疗师等新型医生角色有望在肿瘤科室兴起。

Objectives Discussing the Chinese oncologists' understanding and expectation of their role. Methods Oncology doctors,patients and patient families were investigated by using questionnaire survey and face to face interviews. Results Doctors,patients,family members' understanding of doctor role is different.Doctors give high marks on their role;the demand for psychological consultants,clinical palliative care experts and music therapists is large in oncology. Conclusions Doctors must make great efforts in the doctor-patient communication,in order to achieve consensus in doctor role between doctors and patients,promote the harmonious development of the doctor-patient relationship;the role of psychological consultants,clinical palliative care experts,music therapists will rise in the future.
