自然分娩支持系统的构建思考

Thinking about the Construction of Natural Childbirth Support System

结合无医学指征剖宫产取代顺产的现状,指出自然分娩被"一刀切"是对产科学发展的误读,规避风险是诱因,根源在于医学科学支持系统的缺失,并在此基础上提出了自然分娩支持系统的方法构建,即优生宣教系统、职业教育系统、临床服务系统、风险规避系统、顺产激励系统。

Combining the reality of natural childbirth was replaced by cesarean section without medical indication,this paper points out it's misunderstanding of the maternity medical science development,avoiding risk is incentive,the root of the problems is lack of the support system of the medical science.This paper put forward the constructing methods of natural childbirth support system,which includes the eugenic propaganda and education system,vocational education system,clinical service system,risk avoiding system and natural childbirth incentive system.
