在分析市场导向内涵和量表编制必要性的基础上,评析了国内外学者在医院市场导向测量量表方面所取得的研究成果,指出现有研究的不足之处,提出编制适合我国情景的非营利性医院市场导向量表的思路,探讨了量表开发的意义和应用前景。

Based on the analysis of market oriented content and the necessity of scale development,the literature of the hospital market orientation scale had been reviewed.The shortcomings of existing studies had been analyzed.The process of scale development of market orientation of China's non-profit general hospitals had been proposed,and the significance of scale development and application prospects was pointed out.
