224例止咳药水依赖者心理健康状况调查

The Survey on the State of Mental Health of 224 Cases of Cough Mixture Addicts

目的了解止咳药水依赖者身心状况。方法采用入院身体检查和心理测量,用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对224例止咳药水依赖者的心理状况进行测评,并将测评结果与全国常模进行比较。结果止咳药水依赖者SCL-90和EPQ各因子得分与全国常模比较,均有显著性差异;止咳药水依赖者的人格特点倾向于外向不稳定型。结论止咳药水依赖者存在较严重的身心健康问题,健康状况应引起关注。

Objectives To explore the mental health state of cough mixture addicts.Methods The physical examination and psychological measurement was used for cough mixture addicts.The mental health state of 224 cases of cough mixture addicts was investigated by SCL-90 symptom checklist and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ),and the assessment results were compared with the national norm.Results There were significant differences in the results of SCI-90 and the factor sores of EPQ between the cough mixture addicts and the national norm.The personality characteristics of the cough mixture addicts tended to outward unstable type.Conclusions The mental health problems of the cough mixture addicts are so serious that need to be more concerned.
