In the prevention of infectious diseases,control and self-control source of infection was very necessary facing the contradictions and conflicts between public rights and individual freedom,The key of resolving contradictions and conflicts were health care workers applying appropriate means of control,and coordinating physician-patient relationship.Coordinating the relationship between public interests and individual was critical for prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.
