摘要
目的增强糖尿病患者的自我管理能力,提高其生活质量和自我保健意识,从而控制血糖、预防并发证的发生。方法选择60例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,两组首诊时均给予常规教育,干预组进行出院后随访教育1年后,比较两组糖尿病知识掌握情况、遵医行为、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白;并定期随访,跟踪评价。结果干预组糖尿病基本知识掌握达90%以上;血糖控制情况亦优于对照组。结论对糖尿病患者进行跟踪随访教育能帮助他们主动参与糖尿病控制,提高对疾病相关知识的掌握水平;有利于帮助他们获得解决问题的知识和技能,提高了患者自我管理意识。
Objectives To improve diabetes' self-management skills and their quality of life and sense of self-care,for controlling blood sugar and preventing the complications.Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups: education group and the control group.They were all given conventional education when they were first diagnosed.Strengthened followed-up education was given to the Education Group after they go off the hospital.After 1 year,the knowledge,compliance to treatment,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hour blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin were compared between the two groups and regularly follow-up and tracking of evaluation Results The rate of mastering basic knowledge of diabetes of the education group was higher than 90%;blood sugar control is also better than the control group.Conclusions Followed-up education of diabetic patients can help them to actively participate in diabetes control,increase the level of mastering knowledge about the disease;could help them to access to knowledge and skills to solute problems and improve patients' self-management awareness.
