摘要
目的了解上海外来女性护理工在社会支持方面的状况。方法基于社会支持理论,采用随机抽样方法,选择上海地区三级甲等综合医院及专科医院、二级医院和社区医院,共28家医院作为调查单位,调查对象为外来女性护理工,调研内容主要包括外来女性护理工在医院支持、社会保障支持和工作培训支持等方面的状况。结果大多数外来女性护理工工作时间较长、工作强度较大、收入偏低;社会保障支持不足、岗前培训力度不够;护理工对工作比较满意,有较强的社会认同需求。结论应加大政府支持力度,规范岗位培训制度,加强对中介机构的监管力度;医院要主动承担社会支持的工作,倡导社会团体、大众传媒积极支持和宣传护理工的工作。
Objectives Find out the status of Shanghai female floating nursing workers in the aspect of social supports.Methods Based on social support theory,taking random sampling method,researchers investigated the female floating nursing workers in range of 28 medical institutions in Shanghai,including three-class general hospitals,specialized hospitals,secondary hospitals and community hospitals.The research contents mainly included female floating nursing workers' status on hospital supporti,social security support and job training support.Results Most female floating nursing workers are in the status of long working hours,great intensity of work,low income and lack of social security support and pre-post training.They feel relatively satisfied with their work,and need much social recognition.Conclusions Increasing government support,standardizing system of job training,strengthening the supervision of intermediaries,promoting social organizations,mass media to actively support and propagate the work of nursing workers,and hospitals should forwardly undertake the work of social support.
