在SRAM型FPGA中局部重构与配置刷新的兼容方案 被引量:1

摘要 SRAM型FPGA开发过程灵活,成本低,并且具有系统局部重构的功能,在航天领域有广泛的应用前景。但该类FPGA对单粒子翻转非常敏感,限制了其在航天领域的应用。配置刷新结合三模冗余的方法能够有效地抑制其单粒子翻转效应的影响,但配置刷新的方法与FPGA的局部重构功能存在资源冲突的问题。提出一种在SRAM型FPGA中同时应用局部重构与配置刷新功能的解决方案,根据局部重构的要求,将配置存储器中的配置数据进行更新,在配置刷新的过程中实现局部重构。 SRAM-based FPGA is used widely in the aerospace application for its development flexibility,low cost and the function of partial reconfiguration.But such FPGA is very susceptible to the single event upset(SEU),which limits its application range.Configuration scrubbing along with TMR can be used to mitigate the effects of SEU.However there is a resource conflict between the configuration scrubbing and partial reconfiguration.This paper presents a solution to apply the configuration scrubbing and partial reconfiguration simultaneously in SRAM-based FPGA.In this solution,the configuration data stored in the configuration memory is refreshed according to the requirement of partial reconfiguration,and the partial reconfiguration is achieved through the configuration scrubbing.
