卫生政策研究成果应用的影响因素分析——基于对卫生政策研究者的调查

Analysis on Determinants of Health Policy Research Utilization:Based on the Health Policy Researcher Survey

目的从卫生政策研究者角度分析卫生政策研究成果应用的影响因素。方法采用典型抽样方法,对57名研究者进行问卷调查,对7名研究者进行个人深入访谈。结果课题执行者(研究机构及研究者)、决策者、课题执行者与决策者之间的合作及交流、研究课题类型及产出等会对卫生政策研究成果的应用产生影响。结论应根据卫生发展需要选取研究课题、建立研究成果应用的有效途径、建立有效的成果应用补偿机制、加强研究者与决策者之间的合作研究、重视知识中介的作用。

Objectives To analyze the factors influencing health policy research utilization from the perspective of health policy researcher.Methods 57 researchers were selected respectively and interviews were conducted by structured questionnaire;in-depth personal interviews were conducted among 7 researchers.Results Executors of research subject(research institution and researcher),policymakers,exchange and cooperation between executors of research subject and policymakers,types and output of research subject have an effect on health policy research utilization.Conclusions Setting research priority according to national health development needs;building effective channels of health policy research utilization;building compensation mechanism of health policy research utilization;strengthening collaborative research between researchers and policymakers;paying attention to the value of knowledge broker.
