深圳市龙岗区免费婚前医学检查项目运作模式探析

Evaluation of Operation Mode of Free Pre-marital Medical Examination Project in Longgang District of Shenzhen City

分析和评价深圳市龙岗区免费婚前医学检查项目运作状况,探讨适合本地区的合理运作模式。对深圳市龙岗区婚前保健工作的运作及管理情况进行归纳分析,分析显示出,深圳市龙岗区婚前医学检查率从2007年开始呈逐步上升趋势;而出生缺陷发生率从2007年开始呈逐步下降趋势。应该采取综合的管理模式,加强婚前保健工作,有效提高婚前医学检查率,降低出生缺陷发生率。

To analyze and evaluate the status of free pre-marital medical examination of Longgang District,and explore the reasonable mode of operation in this region.Through the analysis,it was showed that In Longgang District,the rate of premarital medical examination since the beginning of 2007 showed a gradual upward trend;while the incidence of birth defects was gradually a downward trend since the beginning in 2007.An integrated management model should be adopted to enhance pre-marital health care,so we can raise the rate of premarital medical examination effectively,and reduce the birth defect incidence.
