维吾尔族地区糖尿病患者健康教育干预效果调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Effectiveness of Health Education Intervention of Patient with Uygur Area Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨健康教育干预对维吾尔族地区糖尿病患者防治效果的影响。方法将80例糖尿病病人随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组根据个体差异结合多种形式的健康教育方法,对照组不进行干预,均连续观察6个月。结果干预组对糖尿病健康教育知识的掌握程度明显优于对照组,糖尿病的控制目标也明显好于对照组。结论针对性的健康教育对于提高糖尿病患者知识水平及血糖的控制能收到较好的效果。

Objectives To explore the effectiveness of health education intervention on uyghur diabetes mellitus.Methods 80 diabetics were randomly divided into the intervention group and the comparison group,the intervention group according to individual difference combining various forms of health education methods,there wasn't any special intervention to the comparison group,continuously observation for six months.Results The health education knowledge for intervention group was better than comparison group,diabetes control targets was also obviously better than the comparison group.Conclusions The health education to improve the level of the diabetic knowledge and controlling diabetics' blood glucose can get better outcome.
