10种中药的水煎剂和免煎颗粒对解脲脲原体的体外抑菌作用

Study on the Activity of 10 Single Herbs of Two Formulations against Ureaplasma Urealyticum in Vitro

目的探讨10种中药水煎剂和免煎颗粒剂对解脲脲原体(UU)的体外抑菌作用。方法应用微量稀释法测定中药白花蛇舌草、败酱草、黄柏、苦参、苍术、生薏仁、车前草、萆薢、丹皮、赤芍水煎剂和免煎颗粒剂对6株标准菌株和34例临床分离株的体外抑菌浓度。结果 2种剂型赤芍、丹皮和黄柏MIC90为7.81～31.25mg/mL,车前草、白花蛇舌草、苦参、苍术、萆薢和败酱草的MIC90为31.25～125mg/mL,生薏仁MIC90为>250mg/mL。结论 10种中药除生薏仁外均有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中赤芍、丹皮和黄柏体外抑制UU作用最强,为临床辨病治疗提供实验依据。

Objective To study the antibacterial activity of 10 single herbs of Chinese herbal decoction and herbal concentrate-granules against Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)in vitro.Methods The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of two forms of the 10 single herbs including Baihuasheshecao,Baijiangcao,Huangbai,Kushen,Cangzhu,Shengyiren,Cheqiancao,Beijie,Danpi,and Chishao for the 6 serotype strains and 34 clinical isolates were determined by using a microbroth dilution method.Results The MIC90 of Chishao,Danpi and Huangbai of decoction and concentrate-granules were 7.81～31.25 mg/mL.The MIC90 of Cheqiancao,Baihuasheshecao,Kushen,Cangzhu,Beijie and Baijiangcao were 31.25～125 mg/mL.The MIC90 of Shengyiren was more than 250 mg/mL.Conclusions The 10 herbs except Shengyiren had the effect of different degrees of inhibition of UU.Chishao,Danpi and Huangbai exerted the strongest antibacterial effect on UU.Our results provide some experimental evidence.for the clinical treatment based on differentiation of diseases.
