摘要
患者男,46岁。颌下、颈部、躯干、四肢铜钱样红斑伴瘙痒2月。有冶游史,曾被误诊为"环状肉芽肿"、"银屑病"。查血清RPR1:16阳性,TPHA阳性。诊断:二期梅毒。予苄星青霉素240万U分两侧臀部肌注,1次/周,治疗3次后,皮损消退,瘙痒症状消失。
A 46-years-old male patient,who developed copper coin shaped erythema lesions on the jaw,neck,trunk and limbs for 2 months duration.With a history of visiting prostitutes,and was misdiagnosed as 'ring granuloma' and 'psoriasis'.A Syphilis serology test revealed a reactive RPR test with a titer 1:4 and a positive TPHA.The case was diagnosed as 'secondary syphilis'.After three times of benzathine penicillin treatment,the lesions resolved,and the itchy symptom disappeared.
