The Role of HPV E7 Gene in Cell Cycle

人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)E7基因是目前公认的癌基因之一,其作用机制包括参与免疫逃逸、降低基因稳定性、DNA损伤、抑制凋亡和干扰细胞周期等,其中干扰细胞周期是E7重要的致细胞增殖机制。E7可以与视网膜母细胞瘤蛋白(pRb)家族和袋状蛋白(E2F)家族、细胞周期相关蛋白等多种细胞周期调控因子相互作用,从而引起细胞周期的失控,导致上皮细胞的过度增殖,甚至恶变。

E7 gene is known as one of the oncogenes of Human papillomavirus(HPV).E7 oncoprotein can promote diseases by participating immune escaping,gene instability,DNA injury,inhibition of apoptosis and interfering cell cycle.The pRb family,E2F family,cell cycle-associated proteins and beta-catenin are its targets which are associated with cell cycle.These activities contribute to its role in cell proliferation even cancerization.
