摘要
采用安捷伦毛细管柱19095N—126(20m×0.53mm i.d.,1um),以50g/L的乙酰胺作为内标物对发酵液进行气相色谱分析,色谱分析条件为:进样口SPL,温度240℃;FID检测器,温度240℃;柱温155℃;载气为氮气,流速为28cm/sec;分流进样,进样量0.2ul,分流比为40:1,在6分钟内,丙烯腈,乙酰胺,丙烯酰胺3个组分得到完全分离,该方法具有重现性好,分析速度快的特点。
In this study,a agilent capillary column 19095N-126(20m×0.53mm i.d.,1um)was selected to quantitatively measure acrylamide,with acetamide as the inner standard by gas chromatography.The condition of chromatography:the temperatures of the SPL sample receiver,the FID detector and the column were determined to be 240℃,240℃和 155℃;respectively,with nitrogen as the carrier at the speed of 28 cm/sec;The injection volume of the sample was set at 0.2ul with the shunting ratio of 40:1.Final results showed that the three components can be completely separated within 6 min,with high repreducibility and splitless.
