环境样品中药物和个人护理品的分析检测方法 被引量:1

摘要 采用固相萃取技术对样品进行预处理,建立了对优化的药物与个人物理品的LC/MS分析方法.本方法的分析灵敏度高,可对多种目标化合物同时分析测定,其最低检测限(LOD)在10-40ng/L。该方法对替代物的平均回收率是89.81%。液相色谱质谱由于不需要衍生化在环境药物及个人护理品的分析中得到广泛的应用,开发对多种物质同时识别并具有良好的灵敏性和选择性的分析方法是今后的研究方向。 Solid phase extraction sample pretreatment technique,the establishment of a drug on the optimization of physical goods and personal LC / MS analysis.The method of high sensitivity and simultaneous analysis of multiple target compounds measured,the minimum detection limit(LOD) in the 10-40ng / L.This method substitutes the average recovery rate was 89.81%.Liquid chromatography mass spectrometry in the environment because no dramatization of Pharmaceutical and personal care products are widely used in the analysis,development of a variety of substances at the same time identify and has a good sensitivity and selectivity of analysis is the direction of future research.
