Qingdao is selected to hold '2014 World Horticultural Exposition', which is fourth held in China International Horticultural Exposition after Kunming, Shenyang and Xi'an, 'innovation' will become the most prominent issues at the World Park. This article studies the model of construction, in order to promote the healthy development of the World Park.
