From Foreign Designing Program to Effect Formation of Local Landscape——Analysis of landscape project managers in Sanlitun SOHO project in the North Plaza

作为房地产开发公司的园林工程师,在多年与国外的优秀的景观公司合作的过程中,在实现景观效果的同时,也发现了不少缺憾和需要改进的空间。因此,我们试图探索更加可行的管理办法,希望在忠于设计师理念的前提条件下,把问题和缺憾减到最少,把景观效果做得更加令人满意。

As a landscape engineer in real estate development company,with many years of outstanding landscape cooperation with foreign companies,results in the realization of the landscape,but also a lot of shortcomings and needs for improvement.Therefore,we try to explore more viable management approach;we hope the designers be loyal to the concept of preconditions,to minimize problems and defects,to exert a more satisfactory visual impact.
