摘要
目前,跨文化交际尚未列入外语本科阶段专业人才培养方向。其原因有二:1)业内外盛行的"外语工具论"割裂了语言与文化之间的天然联系;2)业内人士对跨文化交际专业人才的内在素质缺乏明晰认识。本文认为,全球化语境下中华民族的发展与壮大迫切需要我国本科外语教育通过加强师资队伍与课程体系建设、明确人才培养类型,培养具有较为深厚的文化修养、灵活的多元视角转换、包容的文化认同、强劲的和谐驱动、理性的文化身份识别、及时的行为矫正和丰富的沟通技巧等高素质的跨文化专业人才。
Today, that cross-cultural communication has not been mentioned as a sub-speciality of foreign languages major in the undergraduate phase in China, is due to the following reasons: 1) the dominant theory in and out of foreign language field that 'a foreign language is nothing but a tool' ignores the innate links between language and culture; 2) few researches touch the essential qualities of cross-cultural communication major. Actually, Chinese nationality’s prosperity at the age of globalization calls for the undergraduate program of foreign languages to breed qualified talents equipped with intra-and inter-cultural knowledge, flexible switching perspective, comprehensive cultural empathy, strong harmonious drive, strong but rational cultural identity, prompt behavior modification and prolific communication skills on the basis of a sensible frame of talents types, qualified and sufficient teachers and a relatively sound course system.
