论教师的课堂管理反思、实践能力及其生成

摘要 在新课程实施过程中,影响课堂教学变革能否实现预期效果的重要因素之一是教师教育理念的更新,及在此基础上促进教师教学行为的不断变化。新的理念,是社会变革的产物。它的真正来源不是"文本",而是教师实践经验的升华,是教师课堂生活的新感悟,是教师教学反思后的新变化。如果教师对自己的生存与工作状况、职业生涯、经历不加批判地认可,或者缺乏一种"实践—反思—再实践"的意识与活动,就可能使之理想化或盲目化。课堂管理是指在课堂教学中所进行的管理,即在课堂教学中教师遵循一定的规则,有效地处理课堂中影响教学的诸因素及其相互间的关系,使课堂教学顺利进行,提高教学效益,促进学生发展,实现教学目标的过程。
