摘要
教师的心理健康问题是研究者关注的热点,但幼儿园教师的心理健康问题研究尚不深入。目前,国内外研究者主要采用大样本研究范式,很少有人进行动态的、纵向的研究。幼儿园教师常见的心理问题表现在生理症状、职业行为异常等六个方面,它们由个人素质、工作角色等10个因素引起。应从国家、社会等四个层面来促进幼儿园教师心理健康。今后关于幼儿园教师心理健康问题的研究应从研究目的、研究方法等五个方面改进或加强。
Teachers'mental health is a heated topic for researchers,but kindergarten teachers'mental health has not received sufficient attention.At present researchers abroad and home mainly adopt the mode of sample study,and dynamic and longitudinal researches are rare.Mental health problems of kindergarten teachers,which are caused by 10 factors such as individual cultivation,job role,are manifested in physical symptom,professional behavior etc.we should improve their mental health from the state,society and other aspects.Related research should be reinforced in the aspect of research goal,method,etc.
