摘要
美国学者认为,学前教育机构的家长开放政策有利于教师和家长的共同成长。学前教育机构通过欢迎家长随时来访参观、邀请家长参加专门的活动来实行对家长开放的政策。研究发现,幼教工作者的价值观念、优质园的评审标准、国家的政策法规都是影响学前教育机构家长开放政策的重要因素。我们要完善幼儿园的家长开放政策,增加向家长开放活动的评审指标,全面认识家长开放活动的作用,充分利用向家长开放活动的时机,与家长建立和谐的伙伴关系。
American scholars believe that the open door pohcy fosters the development of teachers and parents.Parents are welcome visitors in the classroom at any time and they are encouraged to attend open door activities.Research reveals that preschool teachers'values,criteria of a good kindergarten and policy are important factors to influence the open door policy. Therefore,we should endeavor to improve our open door policy,make it an evaluation criterion.We should fully understand its function and utilize the opportunity to build positive relationship with parents.
