摘要
幼儿园教育质量的高低最终取决于幼儿园教师素质的优劣。本文简要回顾了幼儿园教师专业发展的相关研究,从社会学、经济学、伦理学、文化学视角重新审视幼儿园教师专业发展的现状,并提出了切实可行的改善措施。
The quality of kindergarten education ultimately depends on the quality of kindergarten teachers. With a review of relevant research in this field, this paper reexamines the current situation of professional development of kindergarten teachers from a social, economic, ethic and cultural perspective and suggests practical and feasible measures for improvement.
