造口复发癌行左半结肠切除造口移位腹壁巨大缺损网片修补一例

摘要 患者男性,59岁,因直肠癌根治术后8年,造口肿胀1个月入院。患者于1998年3月行直肠癌前切除术,术后病理回报高分化腺癌,行规律化疗4次。1999年7月因直肠癌盆腔复发再次行直肠癌根治术,术后恢复好。1个月前患者感假肛处肿胀,压之疼痛,近1周假肛肿胀并疼痛明显加重。遂来院就诊。
