ICP- MS METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF PLUMBUM,ZINC, SILVER , MANGANESE, COPPER IN 5N NICKEL

摘要 用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP—MS)直接测定5N镍中痕量铅、锌、银、锰、铜。样品用硝酸溶解,选择适当的同位素,克服测定过程中的质谱干扰,以元素铟做内标,补偿因基体效应及仪器波动的影响。方法加标回收率为86%~106%,相对标准偏差为1.47%~3.61%。 An ICP - MS method for the determination of Pb, Zn, Ag, Mn, Cu in 5N Nickle was described in this paper. The sampie was dissolved in Nitric acid , selection of proper isotopes of the dements to be determined made it possibh to overcome the mass spectrometric peak interference to a great extent. The use of In as internal standards, the influences due to matrix effect and fluctuation of the instrument were compensated effectively. Recoveries obtained by standard addition method were in the range from 86% to 106% and RSD calculated from the results of determination were in the range of 1.47% to 3. 61%.
