摘要
应用六西格玛管理方法,通过对学术活动目标人群到课率定义,测量现有学术活动流程及到课率,按人、机、法、料、环等因素进行分析,找出影响学术活动的可能因素,针对关键因素加以改进,提高医院学术活动目标人群到课率。改进前平均到课率为34.25%,z值为-0.36,改进后平均到课率为55.84%,z值为1.07,改进前后差异有统计学意义。
In this paper,the problem how to improve the rate of attending the lectures for certain group in hospital academic activities can be solved with the help of management method of six-sigma.By means of deciding on the list of certain group in academic activities first,measuring the resent rate of attending the lectures and academic activities,and then analyzing the elements of people,machines,methods,materials and environment,the possible factors,which may affect the academic activities, may be discovered.In that case,some improvements in the main aspects can be made.So before improvement,the average rate of attending the lectures was 34.25%and Z value was - 0.36.However,after improvement the average rate of attending the lectures has reached 55.84%and Z value 1.07.The difference,of course,is obvious and great.
