历年来我院病人血清中艾滋病抗体检测结果分析

Analysis of HIV antibody test results obtained in our hospital patient serum during the past years

目的:通过分析医院近年来住院及门诊病人HIV-Ab的检测结果,了解HIV的感染状况。方法:用北京万泰生物药业有限公司生产的人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体诊断试剂盒进行HIV-Ab的初筛试验,初筛阳性标本用上海科华生物技术有限公司生产的人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体诊断试剂盒进行复检,再将阳性标本送浙江省疾病预防控制中心进行确认。结果:26752例患者血标本中HIV-Ab初筛后有27例阳性,所有初筛试验阳性的标本复检试验亦显示阳性结果,确认阳性者27例,感染率为0.1%。结论:本地区人群中存在HIV感染情况,应加强特殊地区和高危人群的HIV-Ab检测,以便及时采取措施防止HIV感染扩散。

[Objective]To find out the HIV infection condition through the analysis of the HIV-Ab test results of the in-patients and the out-patients of out hospital during the past years.[Method]With the HTV antibody diagnostic kit produced by Beijing Wantai Bio-pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd,the HTV-Ab primary screening tests were carried out,then all the positive samples diagnosed in the primary screening tests were re-examined with the HIV antibody diagnostic kit produced by Shanghai Kehua Bio-Engineering Co.,Ltd,Finally,these positive samples were forwarded to Zhejiang Center for Disease Control for confirmation. [Result]There are 27 confirmed cases of HTV-Ab positive samples of all the blood samples from 26752 suffers for primary screening tests,all positive screening test specimens review trial also showed positive results,confirmed 27 cases were positive and the infection rate is 0.1%.[Conclusion]In the region there is a crowd of HTV infection.We should strengthen special areas and highrisk groups of HTV-Ab detection,In order to take timely measures to prevent the spread of HTV infection.
