专科类学校大学英语写作教学现状分析与对策

Situation and countermeasures of teaching of English writing in colleges

英语写作一直是中国学生的软肋,近十年来,学生的英语水平有了较大提高,唯独写作能力停滞不前。本文调查了浙江省杭州市滨江高教园区5所专科院校的师资力量、教材选取、教学安排和学生态度等四个方面,分析了大学英语写作教学的现状,并依此提出几点建议。

English writing has long been one of Chinese students' weaknesses.In the recent decade,though there is an overall improvement in their English abilities,their writing skill witnessed no progress.The paper tends to take five professional colleges as samples to analyze the present educational situation.The survey is conducted and analyzed from four aspects,namely the teachers' competence,the selection of teaching materials,the teaching schedule and students' attitude,with suggestions proposed at the conclusion part.
