就业压力影响护生临床实习质量的因素与对策

Factors of nursing students' clinical practice quality influenced by the pressure of obtaining employment and countermeasures

近年来国家招生就业制度的改革,由国家计划分配转为"双向选择、自主择业",护理专业毕业生实习期间所面临的巨大心理压力对实习产生严重的影响。本文对4年来在本院实习护生的求职情况及对临床实习的影响进行分析探讨,提出相应的对策,以提高中后期实习质量。

In accordance with the reform of the system of admitting students and obtaining employment in our country in recent years,that country's planning assignment system transforms to 'both sides selecting and obtaining employment freely',nursing students have to face this great psychology pressure in practice period,and it produces serious effect on students 'practice.This article combines with four-year nursing students'obtaining employment condition in our hospital,to analyze and discuss this problem,and gives the appropriate counteimeasures,so as to improve the practice quality in the middle and latter of practice period.
