摘要
为探讨新生儿窒息血清酶变化的临床意义,对30例窒息新生儿(其中轻度窒息18例,重度窒息12例)和20例正常新生儿,进行血清AST、LDH、CK、CK—MB和HBDH检测。结果表现,窒息组该5种血清酶均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。提示,该5种血清酶在体内分布广泛,其检测结果对判断窒息后心肌损害及全身缺氧性损伤程度,都有重要临床意义。
for a research on the clinical significance of the change of serum enzyme in asphyxiated neonate,we selected 30 cases of asphyxiated neonate(18 cases of light asphyxia,12 cases of high asphyxia)and 20 cases of normal neonate,tested the AST, LDH,CK,CK-MB and HBDH in blood serum.The result indicates that these 5 serum enzyme in the asphyxia group are higher man those in the normal group(P<0.01),which suggests that these five serum enzyme have wide distributing in body,the and testing results have important clinical significance to judge the cardiac muscle injured and body injured by lack of oxygen after asphyxia.
