摘要
根据大学生体质健康状况较差的现状,本研究采用实验法,数理统计法等研究方法,对西安建筑科技大学2007级1个男生班采用新的体育教学模式进行为期四个月的教学实验,结果显示:实验后与实验前相比,平均体重有所降低,但没有显著性差异;肺活量有较大提高,有显著性差异;引体向上、1000米和立定跳远等身体素质成绩均有了较大幅度的提高,有非常显著性的差异。实验结果表明新的教学模式对改善大学生的体质健康状况有明显的效果。
In order to improve the health condition of college students, we used experimentation with a new teaching model for male students of 2007 Grade One in Xi' An University of Architecture and Technology. The result showed that compared with data of pre- experiment, average weights was little lower without significant difference; vital capacity was enhanced with significant difference; so were pull- up, 1000metres and standing long jump. The research reveals that the new teaching model is obviously useful for improving health condition of college students.
