Analysis of the Corrosion by the Softened Water in Heat Exchange Equipment

使用软化水的换热设备大量应用于炼油、化工、造纸、纺织等各种生产行业,在我们的检验过程中曾多次发现这类设备遭受到严重腐蚀的现象。为从根本上了解此类设备受到破坏的原因,我们组织有关人员对胜华炼油厂部分换热设备的腐蚀情况进行了跟踪调查,通过对该厂软化水水质及腐蚀产物的分析,论述了软化水的腐蚀机理,并且提出了相应的防腐措施。

So many heat exchange equipment using softened water are applied to petroleum refinery industry, chemical industry, papermaking industry, textile industry and suchlike various industry. We had found the heat exchange equipment was seriously corroded in the process of our detecting so many times. And we had organized an investigation which our technicians recorded the real-time corrosion for investigating the basic corrosive principle. In this essay, we describe the basic corrosion principle of the heat exchange equipment by the softened water, and propose the corresponding prevention measures through the analysis of the softened water's and corrosive product's chemical composition.
