门诊补液室健康教育效果调查分析

摘要 目的了解在门诊补液室补液的病人对现场健康教育形式及内容的感受,以探索今后在门诊补液室开展健康教育工作的重点。方法采用定量调查和定性研究相结合的方法。结果在补液室补液的患者以患有呼吸道疾病和心脑血管疾病的中老年人为主,且文化程度也不高。患者对播放录像、播放音乐和口头健康教育三者并没有特别喜欢和特别反对的。结论补液室补液的患者,逗留的时间较长,病种较容易归类,为系统地开展健康教育创造了条件;补液室应该有一支素质较好,并热心于开展病人健康教育的护理队伍;播放录像、播放音乐和口头健康教育,这三者应该成为在补液室开展健康教育的最佳组合。 Objective To find out the feeling of outpatients about on-the-spot health education form and its contents in rehydration room, and to explore the key of health education in the rehydration room at clinic in future. Methods Quantitative and qualitative research were employed. Results Most of the people receiving rehydration in the rehydration room at clinic were middle and old aged population with relatively low education, who suffered from respiratory disease and cardio cerebrovascular disease. The patients were neither for nor against the education by video, music and oral instruction. Conclusion As the time patients staying in rehydration room is comparatively long, it is fairly easy to sort out the disease categories and to provide the condition for systematical health education. There should be a qualified nursing team with good quality and enthusiasm for health education in rehydration room. Health education by video, music and oral instruction would be the best combination of health education in rehydration room.
