摘要
目的了解报纸、广播、电视等大众传播渠道在防治血吸虫病健康教育中的利用现状及可及性,为制定适合不同人群的血防健康教育大众传播策略提供依据。方法对湖北省阳新县不同流行区的5个村进行现场问卷调查,共抽样调查739人,其中,本地成年男子157人,本地成年妇女145人,流动人口113人,中小学生324人。结果高年级学生读报比例较高,本地成年妇女读报的比例明显低于本地成年男性和流动人口;学生最喜爱的报纸内容是漫画、笑话,而成人则是新闻;电视机普及率高,可接收频道数本地人口与流动人口之间有差异;工作日学生与成人日均看电视1~3小时的比例较高,周六、周日看电视时间明显增加;学生最喜爱的电视内容是卡通片、动画片,成人则是影视类和新闻类;90.0%以上的家庭没有电脑和收音机,初中生上网和看电影的比例高于其他人群。结论电视媒体资源没有被充分使用;报纸是农村有待开发的大众传播途径之一;广播、网络的使用要因地制宜、因人而异。
Objective To understand the utilizing status quo and transmissibility of mass media(newspaper, TV, radio, and so on) in health education on schistosomiasis prevention and control, and to provide evidence for establishment of health education strategies for different population on schistosomiasis control. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in five villages with different epidemic situation in Yangxin county, Hubei province. 739 were sampled, including 157 local males, 145 local females, 113 floating people and 324 students. Results The rate of reading newspaper in senior students was higher, and the rate of reading newspaper in women was evidently lower than that in men and floating people. Students’ favorite contents of newspaper were cartoon and joke, while adults’ were news. The prevalence rate of TV set was quite high, and there was difference in available channels between local people and floating population. The respondents’ rate of watching TV for one to three hours was higher in workdays, and in weekend the time evidently increased. The students’ favorite TV programs were cartoon, but adult’s were TV series and news. Over 90.0% families had no computers and radios, and the rates of using net and cinema among students of middle school were higher than that among others. Conclusion TV resource hasn’t utilized enough. The way of propaganda with newspaper needs to be explored in Chinese rural areas. Radio and net will be used properly in terms of time and area.
