摘要
目的为探索社区肿瘤的服务模式,提高肿瘤病人的生活质量,并为地方政府提供对肿瘤患者的干预策略。方法由经过培训的社区全科医师进行上门进行问卷调查及疾病干预。结果有312人(48.37%)愿意在本社区卫生服务中心接受康复指导;20例(3.11%)社区临终病人需要医务人员关怀。结论全科团队在社区初级医疗保健服务中,体现了人性化、个体化,符合全科医疗保健整体服务功能。同时,也发现社区居民对社区肿瘤干预的接受从认识到需求是一个过程,少则几个月,多则需要几年。
Objective To study the service mode of tumor patients in community to improve their living quality,and to provide intervention strategy of tumor patients for local governments.Methods The self-made questionnaires and disease intervention were carried out by the trained general practitioners in community.Results About 48.37%of the patients(312)were willing to received the rehabilitation in community.3.11%of dying patients(20)in community needed hospice by medical workers.Conclusion The general group shows humanity and individuation in community primary health care,which plays the total function of general medical care service.The period from understanding tumor intervention to needing the intervention among community residents is a process,which lasts from a few months to a few years.
