摘要
在分析现有SF6断路器检漏技术的基础上,对红外光谱吸收法用于检测SF6浓度进行了分析和研究。基于红外光谱吸收法原理设计了SF6气体浓度检测系统,通过实验和仿真表明,该系统能很好地检测SF6高压断路器的气体泄漏情况,并能快速识别泄漏源。具有广泛的应用价值。
On the basis of studing on the present technology of Sulfur Hexafluoride(SF6) leak detection,infrared laser absorption used in detecting the concentration of SF6 is studied and analyzed in this paper. The simulation and experiment has proved that the system has realized the gas leakage detection in the room where the SF6 Breakers are installed, and provide a new method to identify high leaking sources more quickly. Compared with traditional detection technologies,optical imaging technology is a great bteakthtough in the SF6 gas leakage detedtion, and it has an extensive application value.
