播音创作可纳入艺术创作的范畴,其中的"声音"应算作是艺术文本的外化形式。具有艺术特性的声音质感必须具备两个条件:一是运用无杂质的纯净语言——科学合理地使用声音;二是寻求具有暖度质感的声音。这样才会体现出有声艺术语言作为乐音的音乐性律动,这样的声音也才体现出播音艺术作为"形情艺术"的表情性特征。

Program presentation in radio and television is also part of artistic creation,as the voice presentation is an embod- iment of artistic literature.The arts of voice is not conceptualized as a daily and generalized common behavior.It is featured by two characteristics:a pure form of language,which is a scientific practice of voice and a vocal art which can have an effect of some extent of warmth upon its receiver.Therefore,the arts of voice could function as a musical sound and become an expression of emotions.
