摘要
变频技术在发电厂的技术改造中得到广泛应用。针对华光发电厂凝结水控制系统运行中存在的问题,提出了凝结水系统变频改造的技术方案,并重点阐述了改造中遇到的问题及解决办法。通过与工频凝泵运行经济比较,表明变频改造的节能效果显著,并提高了设备和系统的安全可靠性,可为同类型技术改造提供参考。
Frequency conversion has been wildly applied in the retrofitting of power plant. In view of some existing problems in the condensate control system operation in HuaGuang power plant, retrofitting technique scheme of frequency conversion for condensate system has been proposed, and some problems and corresponding solutions were illustrated during the retrofit, compared with general pump in economic benefit, it shows outstanding energy-saving effect, and improves safety reliability of equipment and system. It can also provide reference for the the same type of technique reformation.
