摘要
10 kV中置式开关柜日益广泛应用,其特点是高压元件及控制设备均装配并封闭在接地金属外壳内。为保证其安全可靠运行,要求设备柜体绝缘耐压试验合格,为此通过合理布置柜内元件安装位置、应用新材料新方法,确保高压元件相间、相对外壳及低压部分的绝缘距离满足要求。具体从优化避雷器安装位置、锁定电流互感器导线体安装位置、注意二次元件安全间距、采用SMC新材料制作活门挡板、减少安全距离方式等几个方面探讨绝缘距离设计改进,实现提高中置开关柜安全可靠性目标。
10 kV cabinets are widely applied increasingly. Their trait is that the high voltage elements and control devices are protected by the metal crust. In order to make them be operated safely and stably, the cabinets must pass the insulation voltage test, for which the designer should wisely dispose the elements inside,employ new materials and new methods so as to guarantee enough insulation distance between different phases, and the distance from phases to crusts and low voltage parts. This thesis discusses the designing improvements on 10 kV cabinet's insulated- distance from the following aspects, fixing position of arrester,fixing position of CT's lead, safe distance of secondary components, fungible material of shutter baffle, methods of reducing safe distance, so as to improve the cabinets' stability.
