基于FDTD方法的高频继电器性能分析

摘要 高频继电器信号传输路径中不连续区域会对继电器射频(RF)性能造成影响,利用基于时域有限差分(FDTD)算法的软件CST可有效地分析不连续区域对继电器RF性能的影响。本文首先介绍了FDTD算法的基本原理,而后对某型号的高频继电器系统建摸,仿真得到的RF性能曲线与实验结果具有较好的一致性。通过调整高频继电器不连续结构的尺寸设计参数,对继电器的插入损耗、电压驻波比(VSWR)性能进行优化分析,使其性能得到较大改善。此外,文章通过仿真分析了高频继电器隔离度性能的影响因素。本文的研究对于高频继电器的设计具有一定指导意义。 The discontinuity region in the signal transmissionpath of high frequency relay influences RF performance of the relay greatly. The CST software which is based on the FDTD method is effective to analyze the influence. Firstly basic theory of FDTD method is introduced in this paper. Then CST software is used to build the model of high frequency relay and analyze its RF performance. The simulatioh curves of RF performance agree well with the experimental curves. The RF performance including insertion loss and VSWR is optimized by adjusting the dimensional parameters in discontinuity region of the relay. Besides, the factors which affect the insulation performance of the relay are obtained. The research in the paper is of practical value for the design of high frequency relay.
