女性痤疮患者血清IL-1α、sIL-2R和TNF-α水平的检测

Serum Interleukin-1α,Soluable interleukin-2 receptor、and Tumor Necrosis Factor-α in female acne vulgaris

目的探讨血清IL-1α、sIL-2R、TNF-α水平与女性寻常性痤疮的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测82女性寻常性痤疮名患者及30例对照女性血清IL-1α、sIL-2R、TNF-α。结果痤疮患者血清中IL-1α、sIL-2R、TNF-α表达水平均高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);I级痤疮患者IL-1α、sIL-2R表达水平均显著低于Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级(P<0.03)。结论IL-1α、slL-2R、TNF-α在女性痤疮发病中起着重要的作用。

Objective To investigate the relations between serum levels of interleukin-1α Soluable interleukin-2 receptor.Tumor Necrosis factor-α and female acne vulgaris.Methods Serum IL-1α.sIL-2R.TNF-α in 82 female patients with acne vulgaris and 30 female healthy controls were measured by ELLSA.Results Serum levels of IL-1α,slL-2R and TNF-α in parients were significantly higher than those in lealthy controls,P<0.05.Serum IL-1α,slL-2R in acne I were significantly higher than those in acne II and III(p〈0.05).Conclusins IL-1α,sIL-2R and TNF-α play an imporant role in pathogenesis of p.acne
